Since 2006 he’s been working as a researcher/producer for Greg Palast he produced several films and news pieces for BBC Newsnight. Zach edited Palasts and RFK Jr’s Steal Back Your Vote -which had nearly 100,000 downloads and print copies distributed throughout the country. He was also the lead researcher for the explosive investigation into Mitt Romney’s auto-bailout profits in The Nation Magazine – “Mitt Romney’s Bailout Bonanza”
Zach has been detained in New Orleans by Exxon Mobil security, threatened with arrest over 3 dozen times by the NYPD and was finally arrested during the #D17 OWS Protests – and had that arrest overturned.
Currently he writes for SuicideGirls.com and is the NY Bureau Chief of TheMudflats.net.
